1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Red Pulse platform, operated by Skynetex. By creating an account or using our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our Services. We may update the Terms periodically; continued use after changes are published means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Account Eligibility & Responsibilities

To use Red Pulse, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and when updating your profile.
• Safeguard your login credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Respect donor privacy and only use contact details obtained via the Email Me feature or G-Call for legitimate, urgent blood donation needs.

3. Handling Donor Information

• Donor phone numbers are hidden by design. Email Me delivers donor details to authenticated seekers through a secure message.
• G-Call connects parties via a masked call session; personal numbers must not be recorded or shared without consent.
• We log Email Me and G-Call activity to investigate suspected spam, harassment, or unauthorized redistribution of donor data.
• You must honor donor requests to stop communication and refrain from using provided data for marketing, solicitation, or resale.

Abuse of donor data undermines community trust. If you suspect a donor profile is inaccurate or if you encounter inappropriate requests, please notify us immediately through the contact options in our footer.

4. Usage Limits & Fair Access

• Each verified seeker may request up to five donor contact deliveries per 24-hour cycle.
• Automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools are strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to bypass platform limits, impersonate donors, or falsify medical needs will result in account suspension and potential legal action.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in the following activities while using Red Pulse:

• Sending unsolicited or harassing messages to donors or other users.
• Publishing or reposting donor information obtained through the Services to public or private lists.
• Disrupting platform operations, attempting to breach security measures, or probing for vulnerabilities.
• Using Red Pulse for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local regulations governing blood donation.

6. Medical Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee donor availability, eligibility, or response times.
• Medical decisions, diagnoses, and emergency coordination are the sole responsibility of qualified healthcare professionals.
• Our Services are provided on an "as-is" basis; to the fullest extent permitted by law, Skynetex disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Suspension & Termination

• You may deactivate your account at any time through the platform or by contacting support.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or applicable laws.
• Repeated or severe abuse (including spam, harassment, or data misuse) may be escalated to law enforcement or relevant authorities.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

9. Reporting Spam, Abuse, or Violations

If you experience spam, harassment, or any misuse of donor information, please reach us through the channels provided in our footer (email, WhatsApp, or social links). We investigate every report, revoke offending access, and, when necessary, cooperate with law enforcement agencies.
